Lauren (Montefusco) Racca is the founder of Pilates Perfection and Massage, LLC, established in 2012. She provides private Pilates and Massage Therapy sessions throughout Greenwich and New Haven County, CT, along with virtual Pilates and telehealth wellness consultations. Lauren also teaches at Pilates You in Seymour, CT and works with local dance studios.

 

Licensed in Connecticut since 2005, Lauren brings over two decades of experience in massage therapy and Pilates. Her background includes hospital, medical spa, and private practice settings, with advanced training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Pre/Post-Natal Massage. Lauren is a comprehensively trained Pilates instructor and a 2017 graduate of Kathryn Ross Nash’s Pilates Professional Advanced Teacher Training program.

 

Lauren is also a doTERRA Wellness Advocate, offering education and guidance on essential oils as part of a holistic approach to wellness. She lives in Cheshire, CT with her husband and two children.
